About CMR Group
The CMR Group opened its first plant at Tatarpur, close to New Delhi, in 2006, marking the start of its operations. The plant deployed sophisticated technologies such as a regenerative burner, baghouse, pump furnace and de-coater, rotary sieve, heavy media separation system, color sorting system, induction-based sorting system, gravimetric separation, eddy current separator, shredder, specially designed ladles, auto chargers, etc.
Ten manufacturing facilities, including four under two joint ventures with well-known Japanese corporations, Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Nikkei MC Aluminium, are now used by the CMR Group for its operations. In a 50/50 joint venture with Chiho Environmental Group Limited, CMR has established its eleventh production facility to collect, recycle, sort, process, and treat various kinds of secondary metal raw materials.
Currently, the CMR Group has twelve manufacturing facilities, four of which are part of two joint ventures with Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Nikkei MC Aluminium, two well-known Japanese corporations. Ten facilities recycle aluminum, mostly for the Indian and international car manufacturing industries. CMR recently established a manufacturing facility as part of a 50/50 joint venture to collect, separate, process, recycle, and treat all secondary metal raw materials.
Some of our firsts in India that laid the foundation of our leadership position in the industry are:
- Large-scale recycling of aluminium in an industry that is primarily unorganized.
- European-sourced, highly automated alloying plant
- Automated sorting plant equipped with shredders, gravimetric separation units, spectrometers, and eddy current separators
- Delivery of molten metal to clients via over-the-road and side-by-side plants
- Has certifications in research and development for ISO 14001, 45001, TS16949, and OHSAS 18001.
Brand Vision
To lead the world in recycling, providing long-term benefits to all stakeholders while keeping an eye on the environment.
