History

Since its founding in 1972, Apollo Tyres Ltd. has established itself as a reputable tyre manufacturing and retail brand. With their corporate headquarters in Gurgaon, India, we provide services to more than 100 countries worldwide. In Perambra, Kerala, Thrissur, India, their first plant was put into service in 1975. They bought the Netherlands-based tire manufacturer Vredestein Banden B.V. in 2009; the company then changed its name to Apollo Vredestein B.V. Five factories in India, one each in the Netherlands and Hungary, are used for manufacturing.
